Alex Kirby is the Founder and CEO of Total Family Management (TFM), a pioneering organization dedicated to helping families and individuals discover and pursue their life visions. Born in Syracuse, NY, Alex holds a BA from Canisius College and an MBA from the University of Maryland's Smith School of Business.

Before founding TFM, Alex served as VP of Sales and a commercial banker, collaborating with global executives on leadership development and strategy. In April 2019, a pivotal conversation with a technology executive in San Francisco inspired Alex to create TFM, focusing on the importance of a clear vision for both personal and professional fulfillment.

Alex lives in Maryland with his wife and two children. He enjoys reading, golf, and supporting non-profits that assist families. His ongoing goal is to lead the family coach and vision movement, helping families nationwide achieve their aspirations and strengthen their bonds.

Emily Blue is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Hue Partners, a premier M&A advisory and strategic investment firm. With a career spanning over 15 years, Emily leverages her extensive experience to provide tailored advisory services to clients, helping them navigate the intricacies of mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. 

Emily's professional journey began at William Jewell College, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Mathematics, and Applied Critical Thought and Inquiry, graduating magna cum laude. She also completed a minor in Business Administration. Emily's tenure as Vice President at Strategic Investor Group was marked by numerous successful deals, establishing her reputation as a thought leader in the field.

Emily is a CFA charterholder. She is passionate about mentoring the next generation of financial professionals. Emily lives in Kansas City with her husband and three children.
